The Body Clock Qigong (Face to face & Online)

The way we organise and live our lives has a tremendous impact on how the body functions, its efficiency and performance largely depend on predetermined biological rhythms that are in synchronicity with the circadian rhythm is of nature.

Circadian rhythm is closely linked with the movements of our planets around the Sun, and in turn the constant flow of energy around our bodies from one meridian to the next, in line with the times the organs are at optimally functioning.

Using the basics of Seasonal Qigong, we can reset so there is an optimal flow of Qi from one meridian to the next.
